State DOTs and grant recipients needed an intuitive, scalable tool for EV charging data reporting, compliance, and performance monitoring for a national infrastructure project aimed at reducing carbon emissions.

Role
Lead Product Designer. Collaborated with the Joint Office, conducted user research (115+ sessions), designed 120+ screens, developed dashboards, and created onboarding materials.

My Impact
Developed a user-friendly platform that streamlines data reporting, enables performance evaluation, and drives EV infrastructure decisions for a crucial national program. Successfully incorporated feedback from 50+ organizations, resulting in a highly user-centered and relevant product. Developed a Program Performance Dashboard for the Joint Office and recipients to monitor program KPIs. Created impactful visuals and onboarding materials praised by users and Joint Office leadership (including Gabe Klein). Led discovery sessions and workshops to define user goals and wireframes for EV-CHART dashboards. This tool is helping to deploy thousands of charging stations across the united states.
